Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Presently, orders can only be placed on this website from buyers in the United States and
Puerto Rico. We are happy to ship internationally, but you will need to contact us via phone or
email to order. Please see the
International Shipping page for more information.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and several major freight carriers. We reserve the right to
determine the best shipping option for your order, based on weight and destination. When
you choose Standard Shipping your order will come by either UPS or USPS (generally USPS if
you are outside the continental United States).
It is important that you include a physical
address along with your PO Box, if applicable, for this reason
. If you do not include a PO
Box address and your item is returned to us due to delivery problems, you will be responsible
for the shipping charges to have it shipped again. If you have a carrier preference, please let
us know.
If you are ordering any items that are designated as freight only you MUST
choose the FREIGHT shipping method at checkout, or your order will not be

Q: When will I receive my items?
A: We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and
holidays. Some items may take more time to prepare for shipment.  Exact transit times will
vary according to your location; orders shipping to the continental United States via UPS and
FedEx will usually arrive within 2-7 business days and USPS within 2-8 business days,
depending on the service used. Additional transit time may apply to your location. When
shipping outside the continental United States, transit times will vary. A tracking number will be
provided via e-mail after shipment.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes. We can ship your order by several different expedited service options using FedEx,
UPS, or USPS. Because so many of our items are oversized we ask that you contact us via
email or phone to request express shipping because the shopping cart cannot accurately rate
it for you. The exception to this is if you enter your FedEx or UPS Account number to have the
charges billed to your carrier account.

Q: My item has free shipping... when will I receive it?
A: Items with free shipping will ship using standard shipping from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You
should receive your order within 8 business days. Free shipping is only applicable in the
continental United States.

Q: Why is the shipping cost higher on some items, like tubing?
A: UPS & FedEx charge an additional handling charge on top of the base charge for items
exceeding 48" in length. Items that have a high value or weight to them will also bring higher
shipping charges.

Q: Can I pick up my order? How does In-Store Pick Up work?
A: Yes, you can pick up an order at our location in Mount Carroll, Illinois. This works
especially well for tower sections or large masts to save you money on freight costs. You must
IN-STORE PICK UP at checkout or else you will be charged for shipping. Pick up is
available 9-5 CST, Monday through Friday only. You must contact us before arrival to
arrange pick up. Unless specially arranged, orders must be picked up within 7 business days
or the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Money Orders.
Sorry, we do not ship COD.

Q: Can I order over the phone instead of online?
A: Absolutely. Give us a call 9-5 CST, Monday through Friday. We accept credit/debit cards
over the phone.

Q: How do I pay by money order?
A: Please call to order or choose 'Money Order' under the credit card option during checkout.
You then have 14 days to send your money order. After 14 days your order will be voided.

Q: My order was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
A: Do not throw away any of the items or packaging; the shipping company may wish to see
them if an insurance claim is filed. Call us as soon as possible; we will determine the best
course of action at that point.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Illinois residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax on their orders. Any orders picked up at our
location are also subject to 6.5% sales tax.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, however no items may be returned after 14
days unless it is warranty related. All returns must be sent with postage prepaid - any COD
packages will be refused. If you refuse a delivery, any and all refusal fees will be deducted
from the amount of your refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is much better
to contact us or consult your instruction manuals, parts lists, etc before ordering; this helps to
ensure you are ordering the correct parts. Be sure to look at your order once it comes in to
make sure you ordered the right size, quantity, etc for your project. Contact us for specific

A: Per company policy, we do not offer price adjustments. Thank you for understanding.

Q: What if my item is back ordered?
A: If an item you purchase is back ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You can
then decide if you would like to pay for it now and have it shipped when it becomes available
or to remove that item from your order.
